Återbetalningspolicy
Tattoos Wizard sells two distinct product types: digital tattoo designs (delivered by e‑mail/download) and physical temporary‑tattoo products (shipped to you). Because the law and practicalities differ, this policy is split into two parts.
1. Physical Products (Temporary Tattoos)
- Return window: 30 days from the day you receive the order.
- Condition: Unused, unworn, in the original sealed packaging, with the receipt/proof of purchase.
- How to start a return: Email hello@tattooswizard.com before sending anything. We will send a prepaid return label and instructions. Parcels returned without authorisation will be refused.
- Damaged or wrong items: Inspect your parcel on arrival and email us within 14 days if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can resolve it (replacement or refund, at our discretion).
- Exchanges: The quickest method is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Non‑returnable items: Personalised/custom‑made items (unless faulty), sale items, gift cards, hazardous or flammable goods.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Rights If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have a statutory right to cancel and return standard, non‑customised physical goods within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within the 14‑day period and return the goods within another 14 days. You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.
2. Digital Products (Downloadable Tattoo Designs)
- All sales are final once the download link or design proof has been sent, because digital files cannot truly be “returned”.
- Defects/delivery issues: If the file is corrupted, incomplete or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will correct or replace it at no cost.
- EU digital‑content rule: By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate digital fulfilment and acknowledge that your 14‑day cooling‑off right is waived for that download (Article 16 m, Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
3. Refunds
We will email you once your return or claim is inspected. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra processing time. If 15 business days have passed since our approval and you still do not see the credit, please contact us.
4. Additional Notes
- Return shipping costs: We pay return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. In all other cases (including EU cooling‑off returns), the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Partial refunds/store credit: If replacing less than 10 % of an order is impractical, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a partial refund instead of a full reprint.
- Lost shipments: If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we will re‑ship the order at no charge.
- Order cancellations: Physical product orders may be cancelled free of charge until they enter production or are packed for dispatch. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download link/proof has been sent.
