Shipping Policy for Tattoos Wizard Designs

Tattoos Wizard Designs is operated by Tattoos Wizard UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Amalienstraße 71, 80799 München, Germany.

What we ship

  • Only physical products, such as temporary tattoos, are shipped.
  • Digital designs, commercial licenses and Tattoos Wizard Premium memberships are delivered digitally. Your download links appear right after checkout and are also sent to you by email. No shipping costs apply to digital products.

Where we ship from

  • Your temporary tattoos are printed and shipped by our shipping partners in the region you're ordering from. Orders to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia are shipped locally, so no import duties apply.
  • For other countries, local import charges may apply.

Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times (business days, after dispatch)

  • United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
  • European Union: 2 to 11 business days
  • United States: 3 to 17 business days
  • Rest of world: 3 to 17 business days

These are estimates. Express methods are faster. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or because of carrier delays.

United Kingdom

  • Standard: £6.50, free on orders of £60 or more
  • Express: £19.90

European Union

  • Economy (without tracking): €6.90, free on orders of €60 or more
  • Standard: €9.90
  • Express: €22.90

United States

  • Economy (with tracking): $6.90, free on orders of $60 or more
  • Standard: $9.90
  • Express: $19.90

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates

  • Standard: $9.90, free on orders of $100 or more

Rest of world

  • Standard: $14.90
  • Express: $29.90

Prices may be shown in your local currency at checkout. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

  • You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched. For tracked shipping methods, this email includes your tracking link.
  • EU Economy shipping is untracked. Choose Standard or Express if you'd like tracking.

Address changes

  • Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible at hello@tattooswizard.com. We can update the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

  • If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@tattooswizard.com and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.
  • If the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, we'll reship your order free of charge.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.

Communication

  • All communication, including order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking information, is sent by email.
